  3. #Foreign Nationals with valid PIO / OCI cards (issued before 04/03/2021) allotted seats under the OPEN category will pay the fees of Indian Nationals. Foreign Nationals without PIO / OCI cards allotted Foreign National supernumerary seats will pay Foreign National fees.
